Apple brings video relay calling for Deaf and Hearing Impaired

Apple and AT&T bring a video broadcast calling to assist deaf and hearing impaired. Apple showed a commercial in early June for the iPhone that shows off possibilities with video chat function. AppleInsider reveals that Apple, AT&T teamed up with ZVRS to accompany video broadcast calling via the iPhone 4 and its Face Time video functionality. Video broadcast service provides deaf, speech and hearing impaired people to communicate with hearing people in period of time, via an assurance accent interpreter.  ZVRS makes video broadcast software application for both Macs and PCs and which will accompany with its latest software application “dubbed iZ” to the iPhone 4.

AppleInsider also reveals that ZVRS announced the release of iZ will be on July 26, 2010 which happens to co-occur with the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Details about the service and work were not furnished.
