Mobile is becoming a part of life and everyone wants to access new innovative apps. Where mobile has a limit of 140 character SMS, Twitter wants to provide a new app that help users to write more than 140 characters.
Twitter announces that they are buying Atebit’s Tweetie, renaming it “Twitter for iPhone”. Twitter for iPhone app will be free in iTunes App Store in the coming weeks. Atebit’s founder, Loren Brichter will be a key member of Twitter mobile team and also announces that they will eventually launch Twitter for iPad.
